Old Town Brownstone

While looking for a new home, our client found this classic brownstone in Old Town in the midst of a renovation. This allowed us to modify and enhance the layout creating the perfect new home. The challenge was to meld their modern furniture with a new, more traditional structure using a good balance of light and dark furnishings. Adding hardwood flooring, coffered ceilings and a custom staircase made the space their own. In the kitchen, a standard cabinet design with a back-lit showcase adds charming detail. The kitchen's island was built as a counter, sizable storage space and the perfect two-person breakfast table. This remodel evolved into an ideal home for this couple.
