River North Condo

When this bachelor arrived in Chicago from Kansas he found himself a new home in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. By making effective use of this space, we transformed a long and narrow condo into distinct a kitchen, dining and living area. Beyond the kitchen, we designed an entertainment area with four comfortable chairs that turn to face a flat screen TV. At the far end is the living room with inviting wrap around sofas and a built-in bar for entertaining. To balance out an oddly shaped pillar that stores the heating unit, a symmetrical pillar with crown molding was added to round out the space and create elegance in the dining room. Design and an understanding of the client gave this new resident a welcoming home.
